Hours worked
Work out hours worked from start and end times with (end-start)*24, show them as a number, and use them for pay.
In this lesson
- Hours between two times:
=(end-start)*24, for example=(D2-C2)*24. - A time is a fraction of a day, so end minus start alone is a fraction (0.3229), not hours (7.75).
- If the result shows as a time, such as 6:00 PM, the number is right.
