Flag overdue items
Add a column that says Overdue next to every late, unfinished item and stays empty for the rest.
In this lesson
- A flag column writes a word only on the rows that need attention:
=IF(AND(C2<$H$1,D2<>"Done"),"Overdue",""). - Overdue means the due date is before today and the status is not Done.
- A row with no due date needs its own test.
